Steps Needed to Renew Local, State, and National Memberships 

Clearwater Horseshoe Club:

The Local Club membership can be renewed anytime between October and the end of the year by submitting the fee of $20 (cash or check) to Mike Roza.  Membership in the Clearwater Club allows you to participate in League play, non sanctioned tournaments and social events.  

State (FSHPA) and National (NHPA):

Membership  renewals for State/ National begin on October 1 for the upcoming year.  You can mail check or money order to Marcy Santoyo or pay cash in person. The application can be found on this website or on  http://FSHPA.com. The cost is $25 for National and $11 for State. You can also renew online at http://www.NHPA-eshoe.com/. Type your name into the Player Search box, click on your name and then click on the blue “Renew” next to the Card Year.
